Show Caller — EZ Live Productions LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and EZ Live Productions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Show Caller, available at app.ezshowcaller.com ("Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Show Caller is a real-time show cue calling and crew communication platform designed for live event production professionals. The Service allows users to create show rundowns, manage cue sheets, and broadcast real-time cue information to crew members during live events.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activity that occurs under your account; notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use; and ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. EZ Live Productions LLC does not store your payment card information.
Show Caller is available under the following plans:
Your first show is free with no payment required.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
One-time event credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Refunds and disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will review your request.
You agree not to: violate applicable laws; attempt unauthorized access; transmit harmful content; reverse engineer the Service; share credentials to circumvent billing; or harass other users.
The Service is owned by EZ Live Productions LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use it. You retain ownership of content you create (show names, cue sheets, notes).
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account by contacting [email protected].
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We are not responsible for disruption to live events. Maintain backup communication systems for critical productions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING A CLAIM.
One-time credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions are not partially refunded. If a technical issue prevented use, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes are subject to Oregon courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time with notice by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
