These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and EZ Live Productions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Show Caller, available at app.ezshowcaller.com ("Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Show Caller is a real-time show cue calling and crew communication platform designed for live event production professionals. The Service allows users to create show rundowns, manage cue sheets, and broadcast real-time cue information to crew members during live events.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Paddle as Authorized Reseller: All purchases of Show Caller are made from Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as an authorized reseller of our products. When you complete a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, not directly with EZ Live Productions LLC. These Terms constitute the "Supplier Agreement" as referenced in Paddle's Buyer Terms, which also govern your purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to both these Terms and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Show Caller is available under the following plans, sold by Paddle on our behalf:
Your first show is free with no payment required.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your subscription confirmation email from Paddle to access the Paddle Buyer Portal, or submit a cancellation request at paddle.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds and Disputes: For refund requests, payment disputes, or billing questions, please contact Paddle directly at [email protected]. You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in coordinating with Paddle. We encourage you to contact Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank.
EU/EEA and UK Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. This right may not apply if you have begun downloading, streaming, or using the product during that 14-day period.
Tax: Paddle handles all applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST collection on transactions. Business customers registered for sales tax may be eligible for a tax refund by contacting Paddle within 60 days of their transaction.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by EZ Live Productions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including show names, cue sheets, and department notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We are not responsible for any disruption to live events caused by technical failures, network outages, or interruptions to the Service. We strongly recommend maintaining backup communication systems for critical live productions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ LIVE PRODUCTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the issue and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
