EZ Live Productions LLC operates Show Caller at app.ezshowcaller.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address, password, full name
• Show data: Show names, dates, venues, cue sheets, department notes, room codes
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe (we do not store card data)
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used
• Device information: Browser type, OS, device type
• Crew member data: Name and department when joining via room code. Personal notes are stored only on the crew member's device and never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, monitor performance, and detect fraud. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. We use HTTPS encryption, row-level security, and secure password hashing. We do not store payment card data.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We use local storage for authentication sessions and crew member personal notes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Show Caller is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
